Elite Defense Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Elite Defense, we are committed to providing exceptional safety training and professional security services. To ensure fairness and operational efficiency, we have established the following refund and cancellation policy for all training courses and security services.

1. Refund & Cancellation Window

All refund and cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start of the class, course, or training session.
Requests received less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time are not eligible for a refund.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • The request is made at least 48 hours before the class or service begins.

  • The participant has not attended or participated in any portion of the course or service.

  • For private security services, the cancellation is made more than 72 hours before the service date.

Proof of purchase or enrollment confirmation may be required to process a refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Full name

  • Date of purchase or class

  • Class name or service booked

  • Reason for cancellation

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original form of payment.

4. Late Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the start of a class or service are non-refundable.

  • No-shows (participants who fail to attend without notice) forfeit all payments and are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.

5. Rescheduling Policy

If you are unable to attend your scheduled class, you may request to reschedule to a future session (based on availability). Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled class.

6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Training materials, manuals, or certifications once issued.

  • Digital or online course content once accessed.

  • Security services already rendered or personnel already assigned.

  • Promotional or discounted training packages.

7. Exceptions

Elite Defense understands that emergencies can occur. In verified cases of medical or family emergencies, refund or rescheduling requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
